FastMaz Congratulates former Montoursville All State Track Star Lily Saul on her first D1 record (as a scholarship athlete) set at the University of Rhode Island. Lily grew up in the FastMaz program and now works as one of our coaches.

Speed is Key! Reserve your place now for the FastMaz Summer Speed and Agility Clinic!! This clinic will provide the necessary skills to develop sound running mechanics (necessary to improve speed!), leg speed, foot cadence, power to generate maximum speed, and transitional speed and agility.
