• Personal speed training coach, coaching many all-state athletes & D1 and collegiate prospects
• 2011 Pennsylvania Track & Field Hall of Fame Inductee; 1^st female to ever be inducted!
• Former Williamsport High School Track and Field and Cross-country Coach numerous team and individual State Champions and nationally ranked athletes
• PA. Track & Field Coaches Association “Coach of the Year”
• Recipient of 1988 East Region Women’s High School Track Coach Service Award Winner” by the U.S. Women’s Track Coaches Association.
• Nominee for National High School Girls Track Coach of the Year

• Honorary Women’s High School Referee for the Penn Relays (1^st woman to be awarded)
• -Member of the National Executive Committee of High School Women of USA Track & Field

• Recipient of Lycoming County Brotherhood Sports Award for outstanding service to our youth. First woman ever to win the award since its inception in 1954
• Inducted into the West Branch Valley Sports Hall of Fame

FastMaz Congratulates former Montoursville All State Track Star Lily Saul on her first D1 record (as a scholarship athlete) set at the University of Rhode Island. Lily grew up in the FastMaz program and now works as one of our coaches.

Had the opportunity to work with Ben Dieffebacher from South County, VA as he was passing through Williamsport visiting colleges. His dad was a student of mine at WAHS.

This clinic will provide the necessary skills to develop sound running mechanics (necessary to improve speed!), leg speed, foot cadence, power to generate maximum speed, and transitional speed and agility.
